At Cleaning Club our dispatch team delivers our precious packaged all across the UK and Ireland. If you have a query about our deliveries, please check our handy guide below...

How much does shipping cost?

Our customers prefer to order multiple items with many ordering 5 items or more, for this reason our customers prefer our products to remain at a low price without delivery costs and pay only 1 single low delivery charge for the amount ordered.

We offer weight variable delivery on all orders (after any discounts are applied) all delivery costs are calculated on basket weight and added to your order when you select the "Checkout" option. Some of these costs are represented in the table below for example.

We deliver to the whole of the UK and Ireland, please not remote locations may incur a delivery premium*, this will be visible though prior to ordering.

How long will my delivery take to arrive?

We aim to process orders within 24 hours (subject to availability)

We aim to ensure delivery within 1 to 3 days of orders being placed but sometime require 3-5 days due to location

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 3pm are generally shipped the same day (depending on the time the order was placed). Orders placed after 3pm Friday to Sunday will not be shipped until the Monday (Please note we do not dispatch or deliver on public holidays)

How is my order sent?

All deliveries are made via courier service and a signature is required. Please make sure somebody is available at the delivery address to sign. If you were to miss your scheduled delivery day a notice card will be posted at the delivery address. The courier will repeat this process for three working days. To hold your order for a future delivery date please contact the Cleaning Club customer service team on 0800 098 065 or the courier directly. If you would like to change your delivery address please contact a member of our customer service team. Once the courier has tried to deliver your order on three occasions the package will be returned to us. Please note if this were to happen we may charge you for delivery.

What happens if my goods arrive damaged?

If any part of your order arrives damaged, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team on 0800 098 065 or email  our phone lines are open from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

What happens if my delivery is delayed?

If your order hasn’t arrived by the scheduled delivery day please contact our customer service team on 0800 098 065 or email  . If we establish that the cause of any delay is with us we will credit you part or all of the delivery cost (if a delivery cost was applied at the time the order was placed). If the courier has attempted to deliver your order but for whatever reason nobody was able to sign for it, this will not be classed as late delivery and goodwill credit will not be given.
