Delivery update

If you have already placed an order, please note the following update 

Due to the unprecedented demand for sanitiser, antibacterial & cleaning products our team and infrastructure have been under immense pressure when trying to deliver our usual high-levels of customer service. With thousands of calls and emails coming in daily, we understand this will be frustrating for customers who are trying to place orders or seek clarity on their existing orders. As a general order update please see the following info.

As of Monday the 9th of March, the company has implemented additional third party fulfilment sites to support with additional demand.

Currently we are not taking further orders for certain products and we expect these delays to continue through to the end of March. We anticipate that all deliveries will experience delays. 

For commercial orders, delivery of these are being managed by our b2b team and customers are being contacted on these directly.

Please note that we appreciate there are serious frustrations with customer delays, our team are working hard to manage these delays.

Refunds & Cancellations

Please note the phone lines are very busy, if you have an order you wish to cancel then please email your request including your order number to this is the fastest way for this to be completed, these requests are handled daily and require up to 5 working days to appear back on your method of payment.
