How do I register for an account?

To complete a purchase with Cleaning Club you can check out as a guest or register for an account. To register, click on ‘Register’ at the top of the page, on this page there will be an option to ‘create an account’, you will then need to fill out the form.

How do I log in to my account?

To log into your Cleaning Club account, click on ‘Account’ at the top of the page and enter the email address and password that you registered when setting up your account.

How can I find out if my goods have been dispatched?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email which will confirm the details of your purchase and the delivery method chosen.

Am I able to change my order once it's been placed?

What happens if I no longer require my order?

Are your products tested on animals?

No, none of our Cleaning Club products are tested on animals.

Are Cleaning Club products suitable for sensitive skin and any allergies?

We carry a range of dermatologically tested products, please refer to the individual product information for more details.

Can you ship your products to all countries?

Our products can only be shipped in the UK & Ireland.

Do all orders have to be placed directly on the Cleaning Club website?

How do I use my reward points?

When you register for an account with the Cleaning Club you can earn reward points from each product you purchase. All the items on our site have reward points at varying levels, when you make a purchase these rewards points are stored in you account area and available for you to use on your next purchase.

So sign up for an account and starting earning your rewards today.

You can redeem reward points in the basket before checkout, if signed in to your account at the basket page please look down or scroll down on a mobile device to where the option is to enter a voucher code, you will see that you can use/apply your available reward points in that area.

Will any of my personal information be shown to other companies?

No. All personal information is completely confidential. We would not disclose information to any unrelated third party that identifies you in any way, without getting permission directly from you. (For more information please refer to our Privacy Policy)

Is my credit card/debit card information safe?

Our website uses Stripe payment gateway to encrypt information provided. Cardholder data is managed by the 3rd party Stripe payment gateway, using multiple encryption keys with split knowledge and dual control. A data thief would not be able to make use of information stolen from a database without also having the key. This data store cannot be connected to via the internet.
